My room included climate control, multi-channel television and a writing table. The bed was big, a bath worked well. Location: the hotel was near to city center, the main bus terminal to Cholula and an arch to another door.

We had an amazing view of the Cinco de Mayo parade from our room at Ikonik Hotel. The staff went above and beyond when we were unfortunately robbed, providing us with support and even a thoughtful gift. The hotel's facilities and decor were beautiful, and the location couldn't be better. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a malfunctioning AC and a temporary lack of hot water, we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We visited the hotel during Xmas, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The location was perfect, being close to many attractions. The drinking water provided in the hallways was a nice touch, and we appreciated the parking available on site.

The staff seemed bored, and at check-in, we were not given any guidance on the hotel, surroundings, or city. The room was super small, and we had trouble fitting our luggage.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the historic old city, as there were plenty of good restaurants close by and it was easy to navigate through. The hotel’s staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room amenities were top-notch. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the leisure facilities, including the fitness studio and the free wi-fi in the rooms, were great.
